I cannot believe the critics rave over this play. It is horrible, offensive, disgusting and disturbing. We left at intermission. Could not stand the thought. Big waste of expensive tickets.

We our theatre buffs and I can honestly say this was a disappointment to my husband and I, even our daughter and husband who are much younger were not that impressed.

I was really expecting a better show. Too easy a target and the humor was sophomoric.

I was astounded by how unfunny this was! Went with a friend who wanted to leave after 20 minutes, we managed to last until intermission. Haven't been a fan of Trey Parker in the past but heard this was different from South Park humor. Wrong!

play was awful!!! The only reason I went was I kept hearing how funny it was. SOOO not funny! I don't offend easily and this didn't offend me at all! It was just stupid. Very poorly written and i can't believe such crap is even out there. This...continued

Our Goldstar seats were really great, 6th row side. the play was wonderfully clever and irreverent, don't go if you are religiously zealot!! people behind us were trying to talk over the music so had to explain to them that i came to hear the play...continued

Very disappointed. I was insulted and disappointed. Have seen better shows at the $10.00 level than this one at $100.00 plus. I;d give it 2 stars for the music, but not the words.

Fourth time seeing this, and third cast. Every song is good, and the whole thing is hilarious. A reporter asked me what my favorite Broadway show of all time was and I thought I should come up with something clever, but I just had to say "Book of...continued

Trey Parker & Matt Stone's voice & vision was so clearly present in this Broadway Musical. The reason it was just okay for me was that people hyped it up too much & my expectations were too high. It's silly, it's offensive, it's a Live South Park...continued

Funny show!!! Don't go if you're offended easily by foul language. (It is by the creators of South Park...so be aware) I actually learned a lot about the Mormon faith that I didn't know. I think that's the point of the play, is to educate...continued

Skip this show - wait until it comes out on PBS or on Netflix or Amazon Prime as a film.
The reviews I've read in the past talk about this show as being funny and irreverent. Well...although there were a couple of laughs, it wasn't really funny....continued

Great cast, lots of energy. I thought the story line made fun of the blight in Uganda and talking about raping babies in any context is NOT Funny. If you are morally bankrupt this is the play to see. Otherwise don't waste you money.

Loved this! I would see it again! The message was terrific: it really does not matter what you believe as far a a kooky religion (and which one of them out there are NOT!?) - it's what you do and what you teach that matters. I thought this was...continued

The show was hilarious from beginning to end! This was the first musical my wife and and I saw. I don't know how any musical will top Book of Mormon.

The musical was awesome! We enjoyed it sooooo much. We had great seats - row L - seats 304 and 303. It pays to be a Red Velvet Member. First time getting tickets to the Pantages from Goldstar...well worth it! We arrived early, so we were able...continued

The time never lagged. One after another great songs and energy! As much as it was hyped- you worry that it won't match your expectations. This was even better than I hoped. And actually quite sweet in it's own way. What a great evening!
