This one man show is well presented, if you can get past the [cough, cough] real cigarette [cough, cough] smoking by the actor. We should have been warned in the initial offering by Goldstar and at the venue as well. When considering this show,...continued

This was a great show: a great script full of very natural sounding dialogue and a moving, funny, sad and engaging story (not the heavy, depressing evening you might expect from the subject matter) performed by an excellent actor. John Judd’s...continued

The performance was riveting and the story very moving. The play is well written and is brilliantly performed by John Judd. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great actor...mediocre finale to the plot.....it was well done just as it was, a look at a man in his grief.

Short, funny, moving, and surprising one-man, one-act play from Neil LaBute (In the Company of Men), starring the immensely talented John Judd.

Started well, with great acting characterization by solo character, but fell flat when focus of play became a single shock-value revelation, not that spectacular to fans of SVU and other TV dramas. Apparently written as a companion to Bash, a...continued

show was excellent - I love LaButt writing and the actor who played the part was outstanding - the venue has also improved and if they could do something about the parking I would probably subscribe.

Thoroughly unhappy with cigarette smoke. Although the signs around the theater said it was tobacco free it smelled like cigarettes and that was distracting.

Great contemporary twist on the Oedipus story. Judd gives an amazing 75 minute non stop performance.

The show is powerful and John Judd does an outstanding job of carrying a one man show. The script seemed rather tame for Neil LaBute until near the end. No spoilers here, but by the end it was clearly a LaBute show.

Not a bad evening of...continued

This is a great play and a great actor opened his soul in performing it.
My only concern was for the health of theater goers with respiratory problems, the small theateot d the cigarette smoke is strong. It may not be so necessary to the impact of...continued

The performance was first-rate; the play was a bit shocking, but that's Neil LaBute for you. I wish theatres would indicate when cigarettes, fake or real, and smoke, fake or real, are going to be used. For those of us with breathing issues, it...continued
