As a fan of the original concept and staging of "Evita", this version left a lot to be desired. The truncated beginning and staging of the opening sequence confused me. The dancers were extremely talented but the overuse of tango choreography and...continued

One of my favorite shows and this production was fantastic! Loved the new concept - done more like the movie version than the original play version. Voices and acting were excellent and loved the use of more actual film clips. Fabulous evening!

The Pantages Theater is a great venue. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is close parking for $10.

Evita is a wonderful classic musical, this performance was great. Fun was had by all.

The employees were friendly and professional. The bathrooms were clean. I just did not like this version of 'Evita'. The singers were to lyrical ( no edge whatsoever). Overkill on the tango dancing. What was in the original was fine.

Had a very nice evening with two friends. Performances were all good. At the end there after the applause there was a plea for charitable donation and actors came out front. Seats were OK Row TT which is about 6 rows from the back of theater, we...continued

I LOVE the movie with Madonna and I've seen two other productions of Evita and all were "lovable" expect for this one. The Performer who played Evita Peron was NOT singing she was SHOUTING the songs! It was a bit painful to sit thru but I...continued

I was very disappointed, because this supposed to be a professional production and the only part of the show that live to this expectations was the set (love it) and the chameleonic lighting that it was superb, other than that very poor...continued

As usual, our seat assignments were outstanding. We appreciate that our special needs requests are always heeded. The play was beautifully presented with outstanding voices. Just as good as it was over 30 years ago at the Ahmanson, abet a few...continued

This is a revival of an amazing show. However this revival had hits and misses. The actor who portrayed Che was amazingly good (stellar). The actor who portrayed Juan Peron was also quite good. However the actor who portrayed Evita was hot and...continued

Great music, dancing and humor, with a bit of history involved. Narrator shines.

This is one of my favorite musicals and I think that this national tour did an admirable job. Very good singing and direction.

Frankly, I was disappointed. This musical does not live up to its hype. The story is depressing and a lot of the chorus' words are difficult to understand. There are some very good songs and Che was excellent, but overall, I'd see another musical...continued

show is a classic - very well done! and a big thank you to Goldstar for arranging "no stairs to climb" seating for our 87-year-old Mom

Best thing about show was dinner at Solo Tapas, a Spanish cafe across the street from the Pantages. Order at counter, delivered to table, so not fine dining, but really good food. Waiters know menu and can make suggestions.

Excellent performance!

Just a little tip. Although the ground floor was full, the balcony was empty. So, if you're not overjoyed with your seats, go upstairs.

Great seats as usual Goldstar does not disappoint. Show was lively and dramatic. But I am not a fan of shows where the actors break character to ask for donations at the end of the show. But the Pantages is awesome and the seats were great!

I just LOVE Goldstar for making it possible for me to see EVITA at the Pantages! I live in Laguna, and the drive to Los Angeles is a murderous 2 hours no matter what day of the week! But I could not pass up the fabulous discount Goldstar offered...continued

I really enjoyed the performance although I felt the main actress was screaming some of her songs rather than singing them. One of my friends agreed with me and the other, agreeing with us, said it was what made her enjoy the show more. The venue...continued
