We totally enjoyed the play and felt that the person who played Elf was spectacular in capturing the essence of the character.

Note to self: Any time there's a national tour coming to town, read reviews from other cities before plopping down $60+ on a Goldstar ticket...then again, those reviews are likely from nimrods in flyover states so their taste is questionable [You...continued

Our tickets awaited us at the Will Call window. Our seats were in the first tier just off center. The show was just plain good old-fashioned fun. The singing was Broadway-quality and the melding of the sceneries occurred very smoothly. We had...continued

It was a weak cast , armed with a mediocre script . We left at intermission . No fault of Gold Star , of course , but a waste of money , time and effort, all the same.

I took my three children ages 14-7 and they loved it. The music was wonderful. Many of the jokes went over their heads but it was a very enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately for us.....the show was changed to "family" status and didn't have the irreverent humor we were wanting. #elffail

A sweet story that follows the movie closely enough. Acting/singing was great throughout the cast and the songs were very good ,especially the one with all the santa's.

Fun family evening at the Kennedy Center to wrap up the holiday season. Seats were good for the price. Note that parking in the Kennedy Center garage was $22 on a Friday night. Husband and 11 YO son enjoyed the production.
