SF Symphony Celebrates the Season With 'Twas the Night Reviews & Ratings
Lisa Vroman was her usual funny, lovely self. Sang well, was fun with the conductors and orchestra. The brass doing an off-beat "Little Drummer Boy" was very nice, especially to an overheard song!
The lighting, organ, choir were marvelous.
It reminded me that culturally I'm in the middle of nowhere.report as inappropriate
Perfect blend of performance and sing along.report as inappropriate
Great show, beautiful singing, definitely put me in the Christmas spirit! In addition to being a fantastic singer, Lisa Vroman was great at involving the audience and bantering with the musicians on stage, adding some laughs to an already fun event.report as inappropriate
Fun. Magical. Entertaining.report as inappropriate
Performance quality was below what I expect from symphony. The brass were great, and so were the choir, but the soloist appeared a bit tipsy and was sharp and flat and acting obnoxious.report as inappropriate
Really lovely performance. Very diverse...some brass, some choral, some organ and beautiful soprano and piano. And my 87-year old grandmother loved the sing-along songs!report as inappropriate
