I got the last ticket. It was dead center. The Mezzanine at the Ahmanson is user friendly. The play was delightful. So imaginative and thought provoking and a very intelligent script. It was a great afternoon.

The production was well performed with a good cast, although a scene or too went over the top. The play itself was full of loose ends in the plot.

This show had a really strong first half. Part of the fun was watching how they adapted a story about pirates and ships and islands as a stage play. I absolutely loved the creativity that went into it. The second half seemed to drag on for a long...continued

I can't recall hating a show as much as I hated this one. Then again, I most probably will not remember this show for long. My family did not enjoy it. The family next to me did not enjoy it.

The crowd for the most part seemed to love it. I...continued

I had heard a lot about this show given its success on Broadway, but I was not as impressed. It really was "just okay."

I loved the production; the stagecraft was unbelievably inventive, and a lot of the performers were outstanding. My daughter laughed and gasped!
However, I sat next to a man with an audio device supplied by the Ahmanson and it really spoiled the...continued

The seats were fine and I loved the set (& style) of the play - minimalist look was fun and different! - but overall I thought the play was average. I probably expected too much as I knew it won a few Tony awards.

This was an amazing show, filled with whimsy, intelligence, imagination and a pure delight! I couldn't get anyone to go with me, and now that I went and can't stop talking about it, they all want to go! I say run, don't walk, and with Goldstar...continued

As a twenty-something holding on to his fleeting final year of being a twenty-something with a touch of Peter Pan syndrome, I truly loved this show. I've been a fan of Peter Pan since I was young (Captain Hook has always made me laugh), I had to...continued

It was fantastic, funny, really enjoyable. Learned more about how Peter Pan came to be. :) I recommend seeing it if you are able to between now and the 12th. :)

The show slows in a couple of spots but then picks up quickly. It was a fun show with a lot of laughs. The only downside was 20 minutes into the show one of the other patrons leaving threw up on me. So if I enjoyed the show after that, it must be...continued

This is everything theater should be: magical, hilarious, joyful and transportive. Adults, kids and everyone in between laughed and cheered throughout.

One of the few shows in many seasons of theatre going where I just "didn't get it" the show was slow... poorly executed and not very interesting. Banging pots and pans does not make a musical.
Given it may have been the vast expanse of the...continued
