The acting was fine, but the casting seemed weak. My husband saw this play years ago and raved about it, but he found this staging of Steve Martin's classic less memorable. Einstein seemed a bit like a buffoon in this rendition, and part of the...continued

Very interesting show, wonderful acting and lots of laughs. You do have to be a bit of an intellectual to truly enjoy it. It assumes you know Albert Einstein and what he is famous for, Picasso and what he is famous for and others who you have to...continued

This is the second time I have attended a play at Second Story Repertory. Both times I had a fabulous time. This is a quaint little theatre that might seat 75 people. I enjoyed everything about Picasso at the Lapin Agile - the setting, the mood of...continued

The play itself was very good, Steve Martin is quite talented and I love his sense of humor. However the acting wasn`t great. The actors weren`t quite in character, they would use lanuage (phrasing, words) common today not 1904.

Had a good time. Very small theater with a sold out crowd.

Terrific acting and stage craft in a very clever Steve Martin play. Highly recommended!

I think because this play was written by Steve Martin I had high expectations. This play tries to be something and doesn't quite get there. The Einstein character is not as developed as it could be. The acting was fine. The writing is weak.

The play was very funny, well done. My only tip: get there early for two reasons - 1) it's a lite hard to find the Theatre (google was off) and 2) it sold out and is general admission. We got the last two seats together.. Great show!

The theatre space was wonderful. The Lapin Agile was set up without a barrier between it and the audience, as though we were in the bar. The acting was great. Of course the dialog was funny and sharp, and the actors delivered it with perfect...continued

This was my first time at the Second Story and I will be back. The play was very entertaining - interesting story, well acted by all, great set design.
