They had snow machines during a couple of the songs, threw beach balls into the crowd during "In Summer," and even better - Josh Gad - the voice of Olaf hosted our screening and took pictures with fans after. It was ridiculously great.

The movie and singalong were delightful. However, mobs and mobs of people. MOBS. The press of the crowd was a bit much, long waits in line, and seating 4 people together was challenging. We were seated 30 minutes before the show and we ended...continued

This event was so much fun! Everyone sang a long, there were some great added effects - snow, beach balls, and of course the lovely Elsa who visited before the start of the movie. I had a great time.

It was OK. I don't think Frozen was that good of a movie- prefer other Disney movies. There were less songs than I thought there would be so it wasn't that much of a sing-a-long (many of the songs are more like "singing" lines rather than...continued

Sit toward the front, in the middle, if you can. There's a fun surprise.

The kids enjoyed seeing the movie again and singing along with everyone else however the rest of the promised attractions were a great disappointment. "Elsa's live on stage" was a lady in costume who came out on stage twirled 3 or 4 times and...continued

For the price it was fine, the Elsa presentation way too short. Unfortunately, my general seats were all the way on the top and I regret not having bought reserved seating. One other great thing I saw was the VIP snack spot and with 3 toddlers...continued

I had a great time with my daughter (10) and her sister (17). Both girls love the movie, the sing-a-long, the added props (snow, beach balls, organist ect...) and photo opportunities outside the theatre and downstairs.

I was duped and thought "with Elsa" meant Idina Menzel would be there. It was simply a pretty girl in a dress that walked on stage and twirled around for a couple minutes.

The movie was fantastic. I was in the balcony. Our section was full of...continued

The movie satisfied my expectations, but more importantly my daughter's. She could not have been happier with the movie and the opportunity to sing with the movie .

Elsa did not seem to be into lip singing with the music and a little disconnected. Olaf was totally into the part. The snow was cool to see but sit at least in front of the VIP section to get some or the VIP section. Parking was $2 w validation...continued

Snow effects were cool, but Elsa appearance was a joke. Not worth all the hassle of hollywood for it.

What a fantastic way to spend a Saturday night! My two teenage daughters had already seen Frozen multiple times but I was a newbie to this delightful film. Seeing it at the El Capitan, with the organist playing Disney favorites before the show,...continued

It would've been nice if Elsa did a meet and greet with the kids.

The staff were very friendly. We had a good view of the stage, there was a very well dressed talented musician playing Disney tunes while we were waiting for the show to start.
first we had Queen Elsa come on the stage, then we watched Frozen,...continued
