The production was a great twist of the traditional Snow White story. The costumes were gorgeous and modern. The choreography was excellent and engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed this production and appreciated the fact that there was no intermission.

OMG. What a load of crap.! I have seen some bad ballet but this took the cake. The costumes were ill fitting ( some looked as though they were diapers), the dancing and choreography were mediocre and honestly I couldn't stay awake! I literally...continued

Wow, spectacular. I'm not typically a fan of the ballet. I went for the costumes but fell in love with the whole production. As expected, the costumes were amazing! and the performances were impressive. The Queen was fantastic!! I did not expect...continued

Although it was a good idea to do a psychological version of Snow White it seemed to us to be rather dull, spiritless and too lengthly in parts. However, the lead dancer was wonderful in the last duo with her Prince Charming. It was full of...continued

This is not your children's tale but the darker side of this Brothers Grim story. Although there is a bit of nudity, nothing to really offend a parent if you have a child attend. A few children did accompany their parents and yet, they still found...continued

very imaginative depiction of an age old story, exciting and action filled, not your usual ballet form. great experience.

Costumes, staging, and dancing were great. The long early scene of a dance in honor of Snow White seemed like it was from a different opera; very traditional ballet in contrast with the far more modern staging of the ballet. The ballet was...continued

Spectacular..costumes by Jean Paul Gauteire were amazing and the choreography, set design, precision of dance and story were wonderful. I did not want this production to end. Mesmerizing!

I would describe this ballet as an abstract painting. You know the story, but what you're getting is lots of dancing and bits and pieces of the actual Snow White. There was no real passion or feeling to this ballet, which is what a ballet is...continued

This was a very out-side the box ballet. The flux between Mahler and electronic music was surprisingly seamless. The sets (although they felt a bit like stunts designed to hide moderately-weak choreography) were phenomenal.

The dancers were very good, particularly the pas de deux, the scenery and sets were different and interesting. The first scene was much too long and repetitive. I would have preferred a live orchestra and I didn't particularly enjoy the music...continued

Using Mahler symphonies for the Snow White ballet was perfect. The dancing, costumes, and sets were excellent, but Snow White and the Prince were extraordinary. Thoroughly enjoyed the performance.

Going into this performance, we are told that there will be nudity. We are told that this is for mature audiences. So there shouldn't be any surprise factor in that regard. Yet, this was absolutely a great performance. From the costumes,...continued

I loved the play, the venue was absolutely wonderful. Our seating was orchestra seating 5 rolls from the front. Goldstar is my new entertainment place to find out what's going on in Chicago!!

Extraordinary! Magnificant ballet. Choreography, music, Gaultier costumes, staging, interpretation were quite memorable. I will never forget this ballet. Thanks for the Groupon coupons and please bring this Company back to Chicago!

Great price, great seat. The music, costumes, sets, and dance was fantastic. I would recommend Ballet Preljocaj to anyone. If you are not a ballet fan, you will be after you see on of their productions.
