The seats were in the mezzanine. I would have preferred to be closer as this is a one person play.

We didn't know this was a one man show. It was so funny! Michael Urie was fabulous. Th how is one hour and 45 minutes and no intermission and does go fast. We were amazed Michal Urie could remember all the lines. We really enjoy the show.

What a fun show! Loved the quirky characters and creative premise of the story. Michael Urie did a great job with his acting in filling out the minimal set, props, and costuming.

Michael is hilarious in his performance. I laughed for the entire performance. You really cared about this poor actor working in a basement of a rich actress. This is a must-see!

Very enjoyable show. Lots of humor and Michael Urie makes the show what it is; great facial and body gestures add levity to comments that otherwise might not be humorous.

The play was great, but I had purchased my tickets from Goldstar weeks ago, and had the worst seats I ever had. I was surprised since the Harmon Theater was selling tickets for the same price after I bought mine, and I could have chosen my seats.

Michael was hilarious! He started with a commentary and went into the act.  If you know Barbara S. and her demeanor, you'll get more out of it. I missed some jokes because it was little too fast for me. I still don't get it why cellar? Regardless,...continued

Truly a comical work of art! The total suspension of reality takes the audience away to a "basement mall" where anything could happen! The genesis of this tall tale comes from an actual book written by Barbra Streisand, part home décor self-help...continued

In short, I didn't like this show at all. If there had been an intermission I would have left. If my seat had been on an aisle I would have very quietly left during the show. I'm surprised as this show came highly recommended.

Entertaining one man show that will leave you laughing until your sides hurt about a fictitious encounter between and out of work actor hired to work in Brabra Streisand's basement "shopping mall". Kooky and weird, but fun - kind of like an...continued

Hysterical. The audience loved it to the point the guy next to me was literally slapping his knee he was laughing so hard. Michael Urie is a delight and is amazing at portraying conversations between the characters. Thanks Goldstar and STC!

Bravo to Michael Urie for a stunning and hilarious performance. He certainly should be near the top of the list for a Helen Hayes Award. The show was funny, clever, and very well written. It was a superbly satisfying, and at times touching,...continued

This was a great deal of fun. Michael Urie charmed the audience with his witty portrayal, always fresh and in the moment despite (a) having performed the role for over a year and (b) never having a moment off of the stage.

It was a simple stage set up and the acting was very good. It just wasn't what we were expecting. The actor played a gay character who performed three characters: Alex who worked in the basement of a celebrity (who we were led to be was Barbra...continued
