$10 for a can of beer is way too much, there are some great bars less than 100 feet from the door.

DO NOT EAT AT THE CANYON CLUB! Not only does is the food bad, it's pricey, and here is something you should know. If you buy dinner, they put tables in the center of the dance floor. If you don't reserve those tables, it is highly likely that you will be able to get thisclose to the performers. I prefer a GA situation, and it has only been in the last few years that they've done tables on the floor. Those reserved seats are not guaranteed yours, and you pay extra (at least 2-3 times the regular GA price) for the privilege of being smashed together with other people. Trust me, save yourself a $200+ night, eat somewhere else and pay $25 for a ticket, not $75-$100.

Who Revue could use some work. They had moments of weakness, but were entertaining. Queen Nation ... Well... ROCKED!! My kids attended this show and at age 10 are huge Queen fans. Solid musically, strong voices and extremely entertaining. Great...continued

Queen Nation

Joe Retta is a talented singer and performer who has an uncanny ability to totally assume the role of rock’s greatest icons. His role accomplishments include Ronnie James Dio, Paul Rogers, Robert Plant and of course Freddie Mercury. Joe can easily recreate the vocals of the late Queen frontman complete with his dead-on physical appearance and on-stage mannerisms.

Growing up in Rochester New York, Joe’s biggest influences were Stevie Wonder, Edgar Winter, Steve Walsh (Kansas) and lovely and talented Cher.

In 2004, guitarist Mike McManus got a call from singer Joe Retta to complete the line-up for Queen Nation. Looking at it as a labor of love, Mike buckled down and began learning all the guitar parts and transcribing all the harmonies. Not an easy task! Mike stated “I didn’t think I could gain any more respect for Brian May and Queen than I already had… My respect for them DOUBLED when I sat down to learn these songs!” His hard work led to an endorsement with Burns Guitars, maker of the Brian May model. Add to that Mike’s dead-on Brian May mannerisms and accurate stage attire, and you’d swear you were at the L.A. Forum in 1980!

The Who Revue

The Who Revue takes you back in time to the heyday of rock’s most exciting live act – The Who!  Performing classics like “Won’t Get Fooled Again,” “Can’t Explain,” “Who Are You” and many more, The Who Revue recreates the sounds, the look, and the energy of The Who at their peak: the power vocals and microphone twirling of Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend’s acrobatic windmills and leaps, Keith Moon’s out-of-control drumming and comical antics, and the thundering bass virtuosity of ‘The Ox’, John Entwistle.  The Who Revue captures the essence of this legendary band with a high-energy live rock show that amazes audiences everywhere and brings the awesome spectacle of “Maximum R&B” back to life!
