Loved it! The script had wonderful language with music in it. The actors were superb. Set very clever. This was my first experience at Metro Stage; look forward to coming back next season.

Not as good as the publicity would lead one to believe - there's little mystery here. It's entertaining enough, but not up to Metro Stage's usual caliber. We were disappointed.

Although Mr & Mrs Woolsey make brief sporadic appearances, this is essentially a monologue by Myra, a young lady who focuses first her laser intelligence, then her empathy, on her job and employer. It takes place in 1919, but the topics of...continued

Entertaining but more of a monologe than a play. Still worthwhile at the Goldstar price but not up to the usual MetroStage standard.

Excellent acting and most interesting story. Moved along quickly and liked the fact it was done without an intermission to break the story. So glad it's been extended and hope more people will have the chance to go see it.

The play is very intriguing. It has a 3-person cast and it keeps you guessing for the 1 hour & 20 minutes of the show. (There is no intermission.) The actors are excellent and the small venue makes the audience feel part of the show.

Very interesting show. All 3 members of the cast were great. Friend and I had much to discuss over dinner afterward about the creative process and how this play illustrates challenges and opportunities within it.

I like Michael Hollinger's plays-- this is the fourth I've seen. This one is more poignant than funny; but shows the same masterful storytelling construction, with some suspense building toward the end, and good character development. The acting...continued

A lack luster play with no compelling reason to give a hoot about anyone in the piece. It was also confusing that the program did not contain any note from the Artistic Director that the play was a work of fiction based on the relationship Henry...continued

Fantastic performance of this cast of three: Susan Lynskey's role is very dominant and she more than lives up to it. Helen Hedman and Paul Morella utterly convincing and strong. Fabulous set and costumes with a lot of attention to details.

A brilliant performance (Broadway quality) by the lead actress. The playwriting is also very good -- an unusually constructed play, but not "ultra-post-modern". The two others (actor and actress) are fine. One of the most memorable plays I have...continued
