Signature Theatre's The Lost Songs of Broadway: 1960s Cabaret
The 1960s were a transformative and prolific time for American musical theater. The era was ushered in with such enduring greats as Camelot, Hello, Dolly! and Carnival, and concluded with Kander and Ebb's haunting Cabaret and the anti-war flower-power anthem Hair. Signature Theatre's The Lost Songs of Broadway: 1960s cabaret showcases the best songs from these shows and more in a lively night-club atmosphere and featuring the fabulous voices of Madeline Botteri (Sunset Boulevard), Carolyn Cole (the star of Signature's '60s flavored Hairspray), Jake Odmark (Really Really), and Matt Pearson with Music Director Howard Breitbart.
