Walk a couple of blocks up from the Fox and eat at Escorpion! Very reasonably priced, great service, yummy food.

I'm new to ATL and this was my first play at the Fox - PS Beautiful facility. However, if you attend this event or any other event at the FOX, avoid the side doors that the ushers have open. I thought the door would lead me to steps inside the building, instead, the doors lead you outside to the sides of the building. Once outside, then you have to walk about 1.5 blocks to get to the front of the Fox again. Also, no restrooms when you go out this way. What's the point of paying $25 to park across the street from the FOX when the ushers send you to exits at the back/side of the building. Definitely not fair to seniors who paid to park closer so they wouldn't have to walk this distance or maneuver the steep steps. Luckily it had stopped raining when the play ended. Definitely the walk would be worse in the rain or winter.

Nicely done but it was hard not to compare it to the high-budget movie version. Sally Struthers' was a nostalgic treat and the kids in the audience especially enjoyed her campy, hammy performance as Miss Hannigan. Mary Peeples (Annie) needs to...continued

Great performance! The entire production was fabulous. The actors/actresses were all very energetic and really had the audience enthralled from the beginning until the end. Sally Struthers as Ms. Hannigan was a hoot. She really played up her...continued

Coming to Atlanta January 14–22, 2012

Set in New York City during the depths of the Depression in December of 1933, Annie is the ultimate Cinderella story. It recounts the adventures of a little girl searching for her lost parents. Eleven-year-old Annie attempts an escape from the municipal orphanage and the alcoholic clutches of the hilariously mean and scheming Miss Hannigan.

During her many exploits, Annie befriends a stray dog named Sandy, and crosses the path of some very interesting characters, including billionaire Daddy Warbucks. Ever optimistic, Annie wins the help and the hearts of everyone she meets.

Annie is full of well known songs such as “You’re Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile” and the immortal “Tomorrow” that will have you humming and singing all the way home.
