Learn lots of knowledge of Chocolate. Most exciting is making own chocolate truffle! Whole box of chocolate wins lots of compliments from my friends.

it was a great class, the guy was really passionate about the Chocolate and you can tell from the get go how much he loves to tell you how to make great Truffles. i cannot wait to try at my house.

The instructor was knowledgable and entertaining; included the most information you could possibly pack into a 2-hour course: chocolate history, purchasing info, how-to make ganache, how-to temper chocolate, how-to dip, how-to make the truffles. I...continued
