This was my daughter's first concert! I decided to take her because I heard the band many times as she listened to them, and I was impressed with the music, the lyrics and the almost-retro 80's sound that also had a hint of the 50s (my own interpretation!) in it. I have to say that it was better than I expected. The lead singer sang as well as he did on his albums...which was a pleasnat surprise these days. His stage presence was phenomenal: playful, humorous, sexy, energetic...he really knew how to connect with the crowd. I also liked the on-stage energy among the band-members... they seemd to really respect each other and enjoy performing together. Overall, it was one of the best concerts I have been to in a long time. My daughter LOVED it! She danced and sang and jumped and waved the whole time...just her happiness was enough for me, but thank goodness I loevd the band, too
