Fun event for the family, especially kids. Can be difficult to hear if you sit in the higher sections.

Great play, probably helps if you know the story. Great for kids around maybe 5 and older. Park in the South Coast Plaza and walk a block to the theater, saves $10!

I loved it! It was far better than I'd expected. The flow of the story could have been a bit better but the special effects and the scenery both made up for it... AMAZING! By the way, Stephanie Leigh and the entire cast were absolutely fabulous!

Description

Combining the best of the original stories by P. L. Travers and the beloved Walt Disney film, the award-winning Mary Poppins is everything you’d hope for in a Broadway musical – and more. Produced by Disney and Cameron Mackintosh, the show includes such wonderful songs as “Chim Chim Cher-ee,” “A Spoonful of Sugar,” “Let’s Go Fly a Kite,” and of course, “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.” The NY Daily News hails Mary Poppins as “a roof-raising, toe-tapping, high-flying extravaganza!” Let your imagination take flight at this perfectly magical musical!
