My grandson and I had a fabulous time! Though we didn't see any dolphins or sea lions, we viewed 4 or 5 blue whales and 2 even flipped their tails! Plus a very large sunfish that glimmered in the water. The noon timeframe was a good time to go on Sunday, because there weren't as many people crowding the catamaran.

The captain was very sincere and friendly. He seemed to have a passion for the ocean and was very knowledgeable. We came back to the dock a little late because he stuck around waiting for a blue whale to come up. We had 2 sightings!

May through November is Blue Whale Season! You will not believe your eyes if you get to see the Blue Whale, which can grow up to 100 feet long and weigh up to 100 tons. Explore the coastal waters, have fun, and relax. During the summer, cruises will also continue to see the dolphin pods, sun fish, sea lions and more that live off the coast throughout the rest of the year. Every trip is a new experience.
