The designing "women" of Sugarbaker's return for another evening of hilarity. The Process Theatre Company and OnStage Atlanta joined forces in 2010 to adapt episodes of the classic sitcom Designing Women
into a stage play as a fundraiser. It was so successful that the show has become a twice-yearly event that plays to packed houses. This new installment of the popular show brings back two fan favorites. Julia becomes the darling of the Atlanta cultural world in "Is This Art?" when she visits a gallery where her handbag is mistaken for a fine work. Meanwhile, Suzanne is mistaken for a mime after she glues her mouth shut while repairing a broken fingernail. In the second episode, "The Mistress," the ladies stumble onto a moral quandary when a rich man hires them to redecorate one home for his wife and another for his mistress.
