Upper Darby Summer Stage’s Mainstage productions are on par with professional productions in the city, and will appeal to all who appreciate high-caliber musical theater performances. This summer they proudly present _Fiddler on the Roof _featuring young adults up to the age of 28. Directors Marcus Stevens (recently featured in New York’s Forbidden Broadway, Alive and Kicking) and Rachel Stevens come from New York to lead a professional staff to create a fresh take on a classic musical that speaks to all generations.
“We hold ourselves to a very high standard,” said Rachel Stevens. With the Mainstage production “we’re not working with kids, we’re working with adults. When people come to see the show, it will be like seeing a professional production of Fiddler anywhere else in the city.”
