Prix-fixe menu (subject to change):

Salad:
Mixed greens with tomato, black olive and cucumber with poppyseed vinaigrette

Dinner:
Garlic mashed potatoes, or herbed rice, served with fresh seasonal vegetables
and a choice of one of the below entrees:

- Salmon alla Bella with caper lemon butter sauce
- Chicken Sienna stuffed with wild mushrooms, leeks and fontina cheese with toasted poppyseed-dijon mustard beurre blanc
- Spice-crusted roast prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream

Dessert:
Raspberry Jack “Scott’s Specialty”
Dreyer’s Grand Vanilla Ice Cream with fresh raspberries, raspberry sauce, whipped cream and mint
