The theater was small and intimate - loved that! Actors tried to make eye contact with the little ones. When my granddaughter caught Lyle's eye and a wave, she was in heaven. It was the highlight of the event. Going on the stage and talking with the actors, feeling the snow and seeing the props was the second highlight. The play itself felt too long for a kids book. Lots of kids started fidgeting after 45 minutes. The thunder and lightening were too real. Lyle was really a great little actor. We loved him. The girl squirming with her privates because I guess she had to go pee, I didn't feel that was necessary at all. Overall though, the singing was professional and we did have fun, bottom line.
