Featuring rousing works from Wagner, Mendelssohn, Pryor, Fillmore, von Suppe and John Philip Sousa, Just Like Old Times
is the City of Fairfax Band's re-creation of a turn-of-the-century band program that is synonymous with Sousa, the father of the traditional march form and composer of "The Stars and Stripes Forever." Trombonist Scott Shelsta takes center stage as a guest soloist during the program, under the baton of musical director Robert Pouliot and an 80-piece ensemble. Just Like Old Times
