Review from Michael M. Landman-Karny

A top notch cast and a wonderful 20 piece orchestra recreating Jerome Robbins' original choreography made this a production to remember.

What a fantastic event. The music, Supurb. The talent: All Aces! The best preformance of this Musical I've seen yet!

Review from Kathy S

Fun to see local talent, I really enjoyed the voices of lead roles (Tony and Maria). Seats were better than advertised. Historical theatre built during the 1930's. Sound could be a little better but still enjoyed it.

Leonard Bernstein’s award winning score sets the background for this classic story of Puerto Rican and Caucasian gang conflict in 1950s New York City. With the “Romeo and Juliet” story of a “Jet” boy in love with a “Shark” girl, the conflict intensifies.  Known for its athletic dancing and soaring score, it includes such mega hits as “Tonight”, “Maria”, “Somewhere”, “I feel Pretty”, and “America”. This large cast of 35 is supported by a 20 piece live orchestra.
