Dress is casual, parking is pretty far off, even for handicapped. The beach is less than a mile away and has many restaurants and bars.

All the dancers were cute, charming, beautiful. The sets and costumes were colorful and appropriate. The dancing was delightful.
This production is as good as any I have ever seen anywhere.

Description

Kick off the holiday season with the most magical of holiday productions – The Nutcracker. Huntington Beach’s own youth production company, Ballet Etudes, will present it’s 13th Annual full-length Nutcracker Ballet at the Historic Huntington Beach High School Auditorium on December 5th and 6th. Witness Clara’s receipt of her beautiful Nutcracker from Herr Drosselmeyer, the fierce battle between the toy soldiers and the mice, watch it snow on stage and take a trip to the land of the sweets with the beautiful Sugar Plum Fairy where you will be treated to Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Marzipan, Ginger Snaps and the lovely Waltz of the Flowers. Share the dream with someone special.
