Visit a world of fantasy, magic and dreams… These intriguing shows are non-verbal, black-light, multi-media performances, freely based on the themes of the world-famous novels “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland,” by Lewis Carroll, and “Gulliver’s Travels,” by Jonathan Swift. These stories appeal to both adults, for their social commentary, and to children, for their voyages into fantastical realms.

During the 60’s Prague became known internationally for its theatrical innovation. It is the birthplace of black-light theatre with more than 30 companies now performing throughout the city. The distinctive magic of the National Black Light Theatre of Prague and its unique stage effects include 3-D animation and live-action film, large-scale projections, giant puppets and world-patented stage mechanisms that allow actors to fly in close proximity to the audience and turns the impossible into reality.
