Early heavy metal rockers Iron Butterfly come to Seattle's ShoWare Center. The Southern California band made their mark on the music scene in 1968, when their runaway hit "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" became one of the biggest hits in rock history and launched a new era in psychedelic rock and heavy metal. Original members Ron Bushi, Lee Dorman and guitarist Charlie Marinkovich still make up the core of the band, which is currently in the midst of a European tour. They'll be joined by Steppenwolf tribute band Magic Carpet Ride, with former members of Steppenwolf and Pegaus, and special guests The Xperience performing a Jimi Hendrix tribute. With plenty of classic rock, a laser light extravaganza and more, it's sure to be a truly psychedelic evening.
