Loved Chef Tracy and our Thai cooking class! My husband and I tried making an authentic Thai dinner for our family after a trip to Thailand, but it wasn't exactly awesome and didn't taste particularly Thai. :) Chef Tracy easily unlocked all the secrets of making a delicious, authentic, 100% homemade Thai meal and empowered us to do it! We'd definitely recommend a class at Cashmere Bites - it's light-hearted, fun, and informative. Bring a bottle of wine, a date, some friends - you'll have a great time and make incredible food! We were very happy to support this up-and-coming downtown LA business and plan to go back for another class!
