Fun way to spend the afternoon. Some of the vendors were too individually focused which caused long lines. Should've been better at just handing out samples and talking to a large crowd. Also, don't get what the point was in buying the unlimited...continued

Glad it was a free ticket. The event was just ok. Nowhere near as big or impressive at the Western Foodservice Expo.

Not much vendors, and the line to get in was long, even if you bought tickets ahead of time. Parking was $20.

It was fun and wonderful experience to see new food products and able to taste it before buying it. Plus you get freebies like food, drinks, snacks, T-shirt’s and many more cool stuff!!!

The alcohol área was better than the “food” area. Not enough food... mostly just snack items.

I didn't realize there would be so many tastings of "experimental" food.

So much to see, sample and do! This was my first time going and I had tons of fun. There were many opportunities for selfie moments and the silent disco was a great addition. I will definitely attend next year.

Areas of improvement for next...continued

BeverageCon seems more appropriate as there were many beverage vendors as opposed to food vendors. I left feeling waterlogged, however I did sample the alcohol as well ;) I took the metro since I didn't want to deal with on location $20 parking or...continued

This year was definitely lacking vendors. I remember the year before there was a known radio station, selfie props everywhere, more generous vendors. I thought this year would have been better.

Foodie Con was amazing, so many different things to try and do I couldn't even...! The samples offered were pretty generous, not small and insignificant! I will definitely be attending this Con again, such a nice surprise and so informative !

When we went last year we got there early only to be met by a long, unorganized line to get it. This year we took our time getting there. Arriving about an hour after doors opened made it way better. Once inside you can't beat the great snacks and...continued

Actually, I was a little let down. The pictures used to advertise Foodie Con on Goldstar were more appetizing that the actually event. It was a lot of stuff I was already aware of, not much new under the sun, not much in the way of freebies, no...continued

I actually was there in a booth as a celebrity author. If I had paid to attend as a consumer I would have been as disappointed as I was as a celebrity author. The booth space was small and there were unoccupied (unsold?) booths. I don't understand...continued

I enjoyed the free samples. Venue was good. Not too cramped and not too crowded. did not have to wait in long lines for samples or to ask questions. I was not expecting healthy foods lol but that's fine. $20 parking - yikes. photo ops were fun too.
