Great fun, fabulous music & voices from the really good-looking band & cast, and bonus was the excellent table (middle of the room) that we got arriving at 7:15 on a Sunday evening & shared with a sweet young couple. This is not the type of event...continued

You must go and enjoy this show. It is a small venue and you feel like you are part of a Tarantino movie. It is the most fun! The cast is tremendously talented, the band is great, and the evening is sensational.

Quotes & Highlights

“Scheel and Bratten have assembled a stellar cast of rotating performers. The choreography is simple and precise, every move exact and pointed with a glimmer of Bob Fosse-like razzle-dazzle.” —TheaterMania

Rockwell: Table & Stage revisits the experience that launched its critically acclaimed For the Record concert series; showcasing signature songs and iconic scenes from the movies of Quentin Tarantino, conceived and directed by Shane Scheel and Christopher Lloyd Bratten.

Combining East Coast Broadway theatrics with the style and spectacle of Los Angeles, For The Record – Tarantino In Concert takes audiences on a musical journey through 25 years of pulse pounding movie magic. Unquestionably a master of modern American film, Tarantino has also mastered the art of the movie soundtrack with song choices that have helped define his signature style. This 25th anniversary retrospective highlights hit Tarantino directed films including Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Four Rooms, Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2, Death Proof, and Inglourious Basterds.

Those in attendance can also expect to enjoy California cuisine, inventive cocktails and exceptional service with Mr. Pink. All will be encouraged to twist with Vincent and Mia.

For The Record – Tarantino In Concert stars a rotating ensemble of film, television, record and Broadway talent. The cast includes Tracie Thoms (Tarantino’s Death Proof), Anneliese van der Pol (Disney’s That’s So Raven), Barrett Foa (CBS’s NCIS LA), Jackie Tohn (Bravo’s Platinum Hit), Kristolyn Lloyd (CBS’s Bold And The Beautiful), Von Smith (Fox’s American Idol), Rogelio Douglas Jr. (Broadway’s In The Heights), Ginifer King (Broadway’s Gypsy), Jason Paige (Blood Sweat and Tears), Darryl Semira (Broadway’s Mamma Mia). Anderson Davis (Broadway’s South Pacific), Steve Mazurek (TNT’s Hawthorne), Ben Goldberg (NBC’s ER), Melissa Tang (CBS’s CSI), Derek Klena (Off-Broadway Carrie), Danielle Truitt (Disney’s The Princess and the Frog) and introducing Tawny Dolley, Dionne Gipson, Ra Shonda M. Johnson, Tinuke Oyefule and Margaret M. Spirito.

Experience what the Los Angeles Times describes as “searingly visceral… the movies sing!” and Entertainment Weekly declares as “cutting edge.” The For The Record series occurs year round and is perfect for first dates, celebrating special occasions, entertaining visitors and having a great time. Previous series installments have included For The Record: Coen Brothers, For The Record: John Hughes, and For The Record: Baz Luhrmann.

Immerse yourself in nightlife of substance. This 360-degree theatrical concert and dining experience is a one-of-a kind Hollywood night. World-class performances, inventive cuisine/cocktails and exceptional service combine to create a new generation supper club. A source you can trust for exposure to visionary work, people of character, and a consistently dynamic environment. Bring an open mind and your party shoes.
