The neighborhood is a bit off putting, but don't let it stop you; the theater itself was a complete surprise on the insider, nicely done, and with good seats. The parking is a bit tricky, so allow a little time to find a space. We had an easy enough time finding one around the corner.

Besure to park in the $6.00 lot about 2 blocks east of the theater on Santa Monica Blvd.--new and has a guard there all evening.

The songs all sounded the same with only 2 exceptions. The female leads had amazing voices. All the female dancers moved really well. The male lead was weak and boring. Probably won't attend any other shows at this venue.
