The Dodgers won but like any time I have the good fortune to attend a game at the Ravine, it was a great time. It also didn't hurt that the seats were between home and 1st base.
As I frequently visit Dodger Stadium throughout the season, I know that sold out games can pose a problem if not enough time is allowed prior to the start of the game. I arrived at about 5:30, and after an approximate 15 minute wait at will-call, we were inside the stadium with our new blankets with almost an hour to spare before game time.
I understand that most people do not have the luxury of arriving early but from my understanding the staff that handles the ticketing at will-call are Dodger Stadium staff. Assuming this is true, I believe it is the Dodger organization's responsibility (not Goldstar's) to provide the resources that will alleviate the long lines at the box office. Any criticism Goldstar gets for the will-call lines, in my opinion, is unjustified.
I will continue to purchase my tickets through Goldstar whenever possible since the prices are unbeatable for the seat locations offered.

I read a few reviews and I completely agree with all of them!!! The game, ticket prices, seat location was great (as always) BUT not worth the hour and a half CHAOTIC wait in first, two lines, then four lines.....getting our tickets was INSANE!!!...continued
The 2009 Los Angeles Dodgers boast a potent lineup that includes slugger Manny Ramirez and newcomer Orlando Hudson. Facing them at Dodger Stadium will be Adrian Gonzalez and the San Diego Padres. The first 50,000 fans in attendance will receive a fleece blanket commemorating the Dodgers’ 2008 division series championship.
