Russian-Czech Chamber Concert, Plus High Tea
Le Salon de Musiques is famed for providing up-close chamber music performances in the warm, intimate environs of the fifth floor of L.A.'s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. This acclaimed series continues its eighth season with a delightful Russian and Czech program for strings and piano by several genius composers: Borodin, Rimsky-Korsakov, Lyadov, Glazunov, Napravnik and Shostakovitch, performed by violinists Jessica Guideri and Serena McKinney, violist Brian Chen, cellist Coleman Itzkoff and pianist David Kaplan. There'll also be a post-concert Q&A and reception featuring champagne and a high-tea buffet catered by Patina.
