Aerobic exercise is a method to reduce physical and psychological stress. When dance is introduced, it becomes a fun, energetic fitness experience that uses a combination of music, dance and exercise to help individuals relieve stress and feel their best. Some of the different styles of dance will include Zumba, Line Dance, MixxedFit, Urban Dance, and Hip Hop. Classes are child friendly and are offered at no cost.
