Three of the greatest groups in R&B history bring the noise and the funk to the vineyard-set Ironstone Amphitheatre in Murphys. From their breakout 1959 rock-soul hit "Shout" and '70s anthems "It's Your Thing," "Live It Up" and "That Lady" to the '00s "Contagious" and plenty more, The Isley Brothers have been laying down unforgettable grooves for more than six decades. And for this great summer concert under the stars, Ronald and Ernie Isley continue the family band's musical legacy, joined by Motown's best-selling male group of the '70s -- pop-soul legends The Commodores. The acclaimed group has sold more than 60 million records and churned out hit after infectious hit like "Brick House," "Nightshift" and "Slippery When Wet," among others. Then there's The Family Stone, funk phenoms who put out classics like "Dance to the Music," "Everyday People," "I Want to Take You Higher" and "Family Affair." Led by original founding members and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Jerry Martini and Greg Errico, they'll be bringing the house down too, as part of this blockbuster bill.
