Queerly is a festival that looks at life through lavender-colored glasses, featuring performers from New York City and beyond for a gender-liminal, super-gay, non-conformist, totally butch, aggressively femme and subversive AF celebration of all things LGBTQA (LMNOP). Written and performed by JD Stewart Gay Boy follows an ex-pat on the hunt for men in South Korea. He's an antihero, foul-mouthed, and up for it all ... or is it all just a front? Gay Boy is an English teacher in South Korea. His best friend, Stella, is cheating on her girlfriend, behavior Gay Boy detests -- but yet he sleeps with as many men as possible. To add to his list of first-world problems, his mum won't stop calling and all the porn websites are blocked in Korea. At least the new guy at work wears skinny jeans to provide distraction. When his vulnerability surfaces after a one-night stand, truths about his past are finally revealed. See this hilarious solo performance at New York City's Kraine Theater.
