Emerson, Lake & Palmer's Carl Palmer Leads ELP's Hits
Rock supergroup Emerson, Lake & Palmer member Carl Palmer could easily be considered the ultimate drummer's drummer, who harnesses the ability to play complex double bass rhythms while removing his shirt at the same time -- the ultimate sign of a true rockstar. Not only did he help this progressive rock team thrive in the '60s, he's also backed legendary English bands like Atomic Rooster, The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, and Asia. Although they disbanded in 1980, Palmer continues the legacy of ELP with a new band that plays all of the hits, from "Pictures at an Exhibition" to "Lucky Man" and "Tarkus."
