Sinatra's Rat Pack Returns in Vegas-Style Tribute Show
Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and Joey Bishop return to life for a unique performance, wowing audiences with song, soft shoe and comedy just as they did back in the ring-a-ding-ding days at the Sands in Las Vegas. Created by Sandy Hackett, who also plays Bishop, the show boasts exclusive voice-overs from Sandy's father, the late comedian and longtime Rat Pack pal Buddy Hackett. In addition to favorites like "My Kind of Town," "My Way," "Mack the Knife," "That's Amore," and other well-known tunes, these spot-on tribute artists also croon never-before-heard songs written by the late songwriter Ron Miller ("For Once In My Life"). This exciting night of cool, retro entertainment got its start in Vegas, and now plays to appreciative audiences all over the country.

Parking is NOT free for shows at the Levine School of Music, but is free for the Strathmore. Confusing and disappointing.star this tip starred
Leave home early, even if you live close. At this time of year and time of evening, Rockville Pike and other roads are usually bumper-to-bumper, plus the line to get into the parking lot (from Rockville Pike onto Tuckerman Lane, (vs. where you enter for the Mansion, despite the posted road sign), is one lane, also bumper to bumper. Parking is free but another challenge still lies ahead with long waits for elevators in the parking garage, transversing the long, elevated corrider between the parking lot and the venue, and additional elevators with long lines inside the venue, which take you to the level of your assigned seats (there is an elevator operator checking tickets and telling individuals if they're on the correct elevator, etc.). If you're not familiar with this whole scenario, best to leave a trail of breadcrumbs from your parking space to your seat, assuming there are no birds in sight. : \star this tip starred
