The best thing I've ever seen at California Shakespeare. Most productions have been amateurish or bad. This was first rate in every way. The director is bringing a version of this masterpiece to Lincoln Center this year apparently. Highest...continued

Though this play contains themes that deal with prejudice, poverty and racism, A Raisin in the Sun is commonly taught to middle and high school students.

Children under the age of four are not permitted in the amphitheater as a courtesy to other patrons and artists.
