Set to coincide with the 270th anniversary of Thomas Jefferson's birth, Chef Walter Staib brings to life his Emmy-winning show A Taste of History
with an evening celebrating the food and history of our founding fathers. For one night only at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, Chef Staib will demystify 18th century culinary practices and be joined on stage by some famous historical foodies, including George and Martha Washington and John and Abigail Adams, in a live exhibition that's as entertaining as it is informative. Along the way, Staib will screen never-before-seen moments plus a hilarious blooper reel from his hit television series.
