It was a first visit for my 12 yr. old son and I and we totally enjoyed it. We would attend again but it's too bad it will be in the Chicago area for the last time this year.

Description

After 25 years of shows in Rosemont the show will leave for Cleveland, OH in 2012. Last year the show brought model hobbies to over 20,000 people.  iHobby Expo is full of exhibitors and attractions. The show promises to be a family filled event focused on the all model hobbies.

The show is an introduction to a huge world of wholesome family hobbies.  Whether its model trains, R/C cars, boats, planes, helicopters, rockets, plastic and die-cast models, or anything like it, this show can fascinate everyone.  There is even a robot fighting competition.  You may never have a chance to get behind the wheel of a racecar, or fly a plane, or become an astronaut, but at iHobby Expo you can live out the fantasy.

At the show you and your kids can:

●   Fly an R/C plane or helicopter

●   Race a slot car

●   Drive an R/C car

●   Ride a miniature train

●   Run a model train

●   Build a model

There are over 500 booths and over 200 companies at the show to help you experience everything new and exciting in the hobby world.
