This way-cool winter carnival makes its dazzling debut in San Diego at SDCCU Stadium, with spectacular light displays, live entertainment, fun rides, fair food, a holiday market and more. The largest lantern festival of its kind outside of China stuns and awes with spectacular structures, some more than 50 feet tall, sparkling with multicolored LEDs, music and other effects. They're showcased at the Global Village, where you'll see some of the world's greatest landmarks, including the Statue of Liberty, Big Ben, the Sphinx, the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the White House, among many more. Travel back in time to roam among brightly lit dinosaurs, take a trip to the holiday village for some cool Christmas sights -- including a visit with Santa himself -- and check out more than 20 carnival rides, ranging from thrill-packed to kid-friendly. Global Winter Wonderland's nightly live performances feature a variety of acrobats, circus acts and tons of great singers and bands. Open evenings during the season, it's pretty much guaranteed to make your holidays merry and bright.
