The lot next to the theater is great IF you get there early. The attendants gave us a voucher to park at a nearby hotel for free, but the delay cut into our dinner time. We managed to grab a great casual dinner quick and cheap at a local Mexican joint with great street tacos and make it to the play in time. Show runs long so use the rest room before it starts!

We enjoyed dinner in the patio of the Cosmopolitan Hotel having parked in Cygnet's designated parking lot first and then did the 1 1/2 block walk.

What a delightful evening. The venue is small so everyone has good seats along with being warm and inviting. The play was so entertaining and fun. Kudos to all the actors. Nothing about it I didn't like. It's a holiday pick-me-upper.

This is the second year I have seen this show and most of the cast have returned. The show is very true to the movie and several of the characters even sound like the actors in the movie esp. George Bailey and Uncle Billy. You can watch the play...continued

This Cygnet production at the Old Town theatre is one of my favorite Holiday traditions. This was my 4th time seeing it over the last couple of years...the cast continues to excel in this radio show version of the 1939 Jimmy Stewart/Donna Reed...continued

Description

Cygnet’s presentation of the annual holiday classic will take over the Old Town Theatre this year. The famous story of George Bailey and Clarence the Angel is brought to life as a 1940s live radio play, filled with music, live sound effects and plenty of heart.
