*Saturday, November 9 @ 7pm before the 8pm show: Fifty Shades of Funny *

Whet your appetite with a hilarious and steamy improvised play inspired by the book Fifty Shades of Grey. Enjoy Sidestage Improv, San Diego’s home for long-form improvisation, as they invent the characters, drama, and plot twists right before your eyes – all based on audience suggestions!

*Wednesday, November 13 @ 6pm before the 7pm show: Vicked Vednesday: Vocal Vixens & Vodka *

In a celebration of women onstage, check out the talents San Diego State’s all-female a capella group The Vocal Vixens. Their instrument-less arrangements range from Top 40 to classic ballads. At the same time, St. Petersburg Vodka A is hosting tastings of their award-winning (94 points by the Beverage Testing Institute), high-quality vodka – a taste that is pure, subtle, with hints of vanilla and citrus.

*Talkin’ Theatre with Todd: Thursday, November 14 @ 7pm before the 8pm show *

Associate Artistic Director Todd Salovey and REP Artistic Director Sam Woodhouse discuss the creative process behind Venus in Fur. Learn why we chose to stage this voyeur-esque show ‘in-the-round.’ Discover the special rehearsal techniques that led to this special production. It’s a conversation you won’t want to miss!
