The sailing is very relaxing and fun. It can get very cold when out in the water, but they had jackets available for anyone who needed one. There is no commentary on the vistas and places we saw which I think would have enhanced the experience.

I'm not a big sailor so my friends, who are enjoyed it more than I did. We went on the 2-hr Sunset Cruise in late August. Recommend you dress warm as it was cold! The crew had wind breakers and blankets to loan, if needed for extra warmth.
