Excellent! enjoyed it very much, so did everyone. The stage needs some spiffing .
reviewed Nov 16 2019 report as inappropriateVery enjoyable. Great voices. Sondheims lyrics are very clever.
reviewed Nov 16 2019 report as inappropriateIt breaks my heart to write a bad review because I love musical theatre and I want it to thrive in the Bay Area. This company has created the expectation of being professional by their ticket prices and promotion. Unfortunately, this was no...continued
reviewed Nov 24 2019 report as inappropriateThe acting, costumes and set were excellent but the sound system was way too loud. Really bad distortion. It got to the point of needing to move away from the speakers to protect your ears. This was in the premium orchestra seats! They need...continued
reviewed Nov 17 2019 report as inappropriate"Gypsy" was wonderful. Tia Konsur is outstanding and someone who will hit great heights.
Alcazar is a very comfortable theater and theatergoers were very well behaved.

reviewed Nov 23 2019 report as inappropriateA total commitment to score with a fine orchestra. Staging a bit minimal.
reviewed Nov 29 2019 report as inappropriateAmazing! The leads who play Rose and Gypsy were perfection - great acting and flawless control of their voices. Supporting cast were very talented too. Nice theater with comfortable seats.
reviewed Dec 06 2019 report as inappropriateThe staging was simple, but elegant, and served the story well. Really talented group of actors.
reviewed Nov 29 2019 report as inappropriateAs always, Bay Area Musicals was top quality and professional in every way.
