We got off Embarcadero BART station and took a cab from Hyatt and straight to Pier 39. Costs about $8.50 and it's more comfortable than taking the MUNI.

Overall it was very nice. Don't expect a lot of food- it's supposed to be a snack. But they did have 2 kinds of small sandwiches, fruits(gone pretty quickly), veggies, and delicious squash soup (loved it!). The food is served about 30-50 minutes...continued

This tour was wonderful. Our party consisted of 17 locals celebrating my dad's 65th birthday. The weather was sunny with a cold breeze. It was nice that there were 3 levels... lots of room to roam for those who wanted, and enough intimate areas...continued

It was really fun and worth the $27 spent. Unlike the other reviewers I found that there was plenty of food, some even left over (maybe due to the time of year we choose to take the cruise- It is december and pretty chilly so not many people on...continued

Cruise along the nightly-lit skyline of San Francisco with its modern skyscrapers and historic landmarks, past the infamous island of Alcatraz, under the impressive San Francisco Bay Bridge and the legendary Golden Gate, while sharing drinks with friends and family. Food includes: spinach puff pastry roll, crudités & antipasto platter, sliced fruit and gourmet cheese platter, roast beef sliders and chicken curry wrap.
