Watch a Web commercial for John Williams Is a Dick.

There are a lot of things in this world that make living difficult: bullying, fear of tomorrow, opening a Capri Sun, intense self-loathing. Most people are afraid to face the bad stuff: In John Williams Is a Dick, SPF7 not only faces the bad, but they tie it to a chair, duct-tape its mouth shut and make it watch Kevin Costner’s “The Postman” on a constant loop. And they make it funny.

SPF7 is a comedy group from San Francisco. They have earned a strong following from their online shorts and regular shows. A majority of the time they are good friends.
