Winner of three Tony Awards, including Best Musical, this hilariously over-the-top extravaganza -- written by Monty Python alum Eric Idle -- borrows lovingly (and unapologetically) from the film classic Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Children's Musical Theater (CMT) San Jose's production of this nutty tale of King Arthur and his epic quest with the Knights of the Round Table features such outlandish oddities as flatulent Frenchmen, flying cows, killer rabbits and the Knights Who Say Ni. If you've been seeking a reminder to "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life," you need look no further than CMT's presentation of Monty Python's Spamalot. Learn More

The artistic director, Kevin Hauge, always creates a fantastic and creative stage. I wonder how much of it was his original adaptation. I want to want to compare with other productions. There are two casts for this theatre. UCLA and Harvard. It'll be interesting to see both for the differences. The audio seemed to have a little problem when I was there. The louder is not always better. Overall, it's a fun show with talented amazing young people. You should see it for yourself!
