Singer-songwriter Lionel Richie is set to entertain with hits from his 45-year discography, beginning with his work in the Commodores and running right through last year's Tuskegee,
a platinum-selling collection that features duets of his top songs with a variety of artists. Those '80s smashes are legendary, starting with "Truly," and continuing through "All Night Long," "Endless Love," "Hello," "Say You, Say Me," which also won an Academy Award, and others. Richie got his start in Motown as a key member of the Commodores, before going solo and becoming one of the most successful male artists of the decade. Now the five-time Grammy winner is following up a sold-out European run with a North American tour, including this stop in San Jose. Word on the street is that these concerts can turn into a giant singalong, so brush up on your lyrics and get ready for some of the greatest ballads the '80s had to offer and early Commodores hits like "Easy" and "Three Times a Lady."
